It'll take less time with a girl. It feels good man.

When you masturbate, try to maintain constant pressure for half an hour. Use masturbation as a duration-training tool. If you allow yourself to get off in less than half an hour, immediately drop to the floor and do 20 push ups. If it is the second time in a row you've allowed yourself to get off in less than half an hour, do 20 push ups then go run a mile. Once you've mastered extending yourself to half an hour, increase the intensity. Higher pressure, lotion, something to make the challenge more difficult. The time limit remains, the punishments remain.
