I notice when I pass a girl on a street or a female coworker that they won't make eye contact until the last second or two before you pass each other. I make eye contact and crack a smile at them.. But I notice when I do this they will smile and look away quickly and walk away. I'm wondering if they are genuinely blushing or are they creeped out?

They might just have shit to do, my question is why dont you stop them and chat them up? whats the worst that happens, you dont get a date and you just try with the next girl and then she says yes or so fourth?

Forget about what your not getting, start getting! They might actually find you attractive, even bold that you smile and connect via eye contact. That is bold and shows confidence and I know for a fact a lot of people dont do this. So next time just stop and say wow you are just stunning, I had to say hello. What are you doing, you are way to sexy to look like this during the day (if its day time) what are you doing.

I assume you are 23-XX working age class, so you can then lead into that topic. She will say I am dressed for work, and blush and such. Then you mention damn if this is what you wear to work, wdf do you wear when you dress up. Then lead into what she does, and build rapport get her number, continue rapport, and then leave when she has to go or u have to go. If she says she has to go but isnt actually going, then dont let her leave keep the convo going. A girl will sometimes say I have to go as a substitute for not knowing what to say next. That happens to me all the time, and I still get their numbers and contact after. You just have to be confident and maintain control. After a good chat (or one of you have to go for real like late for something) then leave at a high point and try and set up a second date and then just text her later to figure out the date and such.
