Hey fellas, this is my first post and i am real excited to learn from you all. So I've been trying to improve my game recently and I've finally built up enough confidence to consistently open. But it's the part after that when I hit my sticking point. Im an average looking guy, so I think often times I can't keep the girls attention for too long. I've played different scenarios over in my head, but still not getting results. I feel like I need to make an impression after the opener, especially in one and two sets. Help a scrub out?

First off welcome
Next step after opening is getting the number (in a LTR, one night stands the next step is kissing)
I prefer LTR #closing, basically what you need to do is make sure she doesn't think your going to be there forever - FTC (false time constraint) - hurry and build attraction; and DONT STAY AROUND; if you say you need to leave... leave; I've had a lot of girls call me out on this when i've hung around to long

1. Open set
2. FTC
3. attraction building
4. #close
5. stay a MAX of 10 mins after getting the number

Simple as that. Never try to hold a girls attention; always have the mindset that they are taking time out of your day - instead of putting them on that pedestal.
Same thing with leaving a impression; she is working to get you, not you are working to make her happy; because you will make the same impression as the 100 other guys she rejected that night if you do

Thanks blade! I appreciate the feedback, but I guess Im having problems building attraction. I can carry a conversation but at times I feel like I'm getting sidetracked during the convo. In other words, how do I keep her interested when I build attraction? I found a couple of times negs do the trick, but I'm searching for something more consistent...

Negs arn't something to get a girls attention - unless your proficient in it you will get the wrong kind, read the link for more.
Talk about her, I've NEVER had a girl not want to talk about herself; all you have to do is listen to a few sentences and she will build the rapport herself (good topics to ask her about - childhood memories, dream anything (dream dates, cars, houses), fears)
If your running out of convo that means you need to close and leave before you become that boring guy who hovers around her; but try to last in convo 10+ mins before trying.

The secret with girls is even though you've asked every girl you've met the same question, THEY don't know that - asking every girl i meet about her childhood never gets boring to them, even though I've heard it 1000x. If it works use it more often, if it doesn't forget about it.
