What would you do if you and a friend had a empty mansion

Location: Maryland
So my friend has a mansion that we can use for 3 weeks. This mansion has everything. Heated indoor pool, heated floors, kingsize beds, 50 in tvs in every room, on a private island in the bay, oh and a 2011 Porsche to drive. What would you guys do? Any people in Maryland recommend any spots other then the sound stage?

Try and get tight with college buddies and do house parties like fuck! every other night 5$ 10$ for guys and girls free
