Really . . . in a packed club, how many PUA's do you really see? You see good looking guys, tough looking guys, slick looking guys, and all they ever do is walk around. This is about the saddest thing in the World. You know that they go out to meet girls and you know that the girls want to be approached. The reality is that the night usually ends with majority of girls dancing with each other and majority of guys going home after finishing a walkathon and telling each other that the girls at the club are lesbians.

If you're anyway intimidated by those "squares", go ahead and approach them first. Get the "unknown" out of the way. Some guys will even put up a "bitch shield" just like insecure little chicks. It's hilarious. But stick to a social frame and most will offer up handshake in peace. After you get to know a few guys at the club . . . it will be obvious that no matter what they say, they are merely there on the first leg of a "walkathon". So don't purposely try to amog them or act cocky but you say, "Alright, how about if I try to go get some girls to join us?"

Most will be happy at even a low chance/opportunity to meet girls. Some will act cocky and amog you by telling his buddies something like, "This kid thinks he's a pick up artist . . ."

You laugh it off and go, "Well, I'm no pro but I'm going to try my best. . . here we go . . here's to all of us getting laid tonight . . ." Then you go approach.

Not matter what they say, those guys will be standing around like little cheerleaders wishing you succeed. You hit it off and manage to bring back your girl and her friends to the group and you're the "walkathon" God to them. You miss and you still walk back to the group and go, "Ha, ha, ha . . . crash and burn!" . . . Guys will laugh but very few will ever talk smack. Why? Can THEY DO ANY BETTER? They know they can't back up any sort of trash talk.

So you go, "OK. . . let me have another go at this. I'm just getting started . . . " (High fives all around)

If you have some game, you won't have to repeat this process much. And if you really hit it off with a chick, you don't even have to bring back any token chicks to the male group. you're the warrior who went off to battle and you're enjoying the spoils of war. They're a bunch of gentle citizens cheering you on. If they get any piece of the action, it's due to your benevolence. . . and perhaps a way to get rid of your target girl's tag-along whiny girlfriends.

Reframe your thoughts. Those gentle citizens are in no position to be judging the warrior whether you succeed or not.

Most material on AMOGING is just really terrible. It's confrontational, immature, and makes others feel uncomfortable. This in turn makes YOU feel uncomfortable and confrontational.

Although analogies are made with the animal kingdom and some of it does apply, we are NOT lions, horses, or baboons; we're men. We don't establish alpha positions by killing others and their offspring. And we certainly don't establish our positions by throwing our fecal matter all over the place. But this is EXACTLY what many would lead you to believe. Many advocate playground taunts and insults. Some even advocate forms of intimidation. This is just ridiculous.

I would like to believe that most MEN are able to progress and adapt to different environments. What made you the "cool kid" during recess in 5th grade won't help you too much in the business environment. And what makes the soldier respectable on the battlefield won't help much in a nigh club. Being alpha is a mindset but the actions that demonstrate that mindset must change according to the environment.

So . . .in regards to the "night club" environment, everybody here seems to be on the mark. Night clubs are all about fun interactions. The guy who is social and has a lot of fun IS THE ALPHA MAN. "Just doing it" makes you alpha. Disregarding negativity and being positive makes alpha. Being ON the dance floor makes you alpha. All that you need is right here in this thread and you've already achieved the first step. You knew what you wanted and you managed to step on to the floor.

I think AMOGing is childish. It is true we are animals but what are you advocating? We cannot use the animal kingdom as a means of justifying our actions, that is just retarded and will land you in prison. You cannot justify actions nor philosophy using such idiotic statements. I don't want to seem confrontational, but frankly using the animal kingdom can justify anything as each animal behaves in a different manner. The only instinct we can rely on is human instinct. Of course we can look to the animal kingdom to find some basic harsh truths, such as the concept of the alpha male and that all living things exist on a base level to reproduce, but these are merely concepts, not models for behaviour.

The only reason I'd try and 'AMOG' another person was if he was trying to do the same to me, otherwise I am perfectly friendly to other men in a club unless they deserve otherwise. In fact imo in a club environment, such behaviour could even come across as quite pathetic if its noticeable.

As animals of course we do have basic instincts and I believe that mainstream religion has been responsible for surpressing them as well, but these can be found in what religion tells us is wrong as well as the behaviors of past civilization who were often more in touch with nature and regarded fertility as something sacred.

You're a MAN. This means that when you go to work, you'll be alpha by being professional and working hard to achieve success.
