Currently i have a situation with a fellow colleague. I have been classified as the bad boy in my company as a few of my colleagues saw me hooking up with different gals in the clubs. Today a female colleague from another department
called my extension by accident , and we chatted for awhile. The conversation was as follows

HB: Hi may i speak to Jimmy ?
Me: Oh i 'm sorry i think you got the wrong extension. This is John speaking.
HB: Hey I saw u at club XXX and XXX a few times with frens, i was shy so didnt call u.
Me: Oh cool. How come u never call out to me>
HB: Haha i was shy and was with frens.
Me: Wow since u like clubbing we should club together.
HB: Cool
Me: i dun have ur number text me ur number.
HB: i know ur number is XXXXXX
Me: How u know ?
Hb: It's on the company register( HB's number was not there as she was a relatively new hire.
Me: Cool. Text me ur number then. Bye!

waited for 3 hrs no sms. Forgot about it.

On the same day i had to get a documenbt from her department and i saw her with her manager. Btw our company's culture is very conservative and don;t condone colleagues dating each other. I went over said HI i need ur number and passed her my hp. She key in her number in front of her manager who happend to be around the corner. The following was our text exchanges.

Me: Hi this is my no, hang out soon.
HB: Ok.
HB: Hey u were very daring just now, ask for my number in front of manager XXX.
Me: haha i dun care i do what i want to do.
HB: Lolss
Me: Hey since u like clubbing come with me , i can intro some quite caucasian guys.
HB: I dun like caucasian. Can we go club but only with U only ?
Me: Sure ! I love that idea.

Can anyone tell me doest this statement confirms that she wants me to hook up and fuck the shit out of me ? I dun want to seem too desperate as i dun wanna tarnish my bad boy reputation.

Personally i take the mindset of "dont care if it doesn't happen or i lose her" - that way i never get needy or have the tables turned.
However, dont go to the other extreme.

When you do get out there, have a few drinks but don't get wrecked, it ruins your game in more ways than one.
