have a reason to call/text, don't just do it, to do it, you will turn into her texting buddy, use the phone to get her in person, the ''game'' you display in your texts, should be the same as the ''game'' you display in person, if she doesn't want to meet then she is most likely not interested/un-available towards you

don't use the phone as a way to hide your insecurities and lack of confidence, if you have bad body language, and are timid and shy in person, it will not improve by hiding behind a phone shooting texts instead of speaking, if you have a fear of escalation, this will not correct it's self over the phone, the goal is just get them in person so you can run your real game

if there is a key though to staying in contact through the phone, it is simply don't be needy, but remain in contact
