Although they are nice to look at, there is no substance

referring to the hb9 and hb10s, their looks have gotten them so far in life and they have no backing for it. They say things that have no backing other than that's what their parents raised them to believe.

Some how they have these perfect bodies, and drink like its their birthday every night. They don't eat right and smoke cigarettes all day.

Maybe I'm jealous because I have to spend 6 hours in the gym each week for the past 5 years to have a semi-presentable body, and when they ask me to go out with them I have to decline because I would lose what I had gained during the week of lifting.

Brain fart time

Looks are very subjective. Remember: beauty is in the eye of the beholder?
That's right, it's perceived. Which makes their looks perceived value.
Their value decreases once you are around with loads and loads of the so called super model type of women, they become normal.
And you realize most of these girls have no value at all, personality wise.
All of this is a product of afc's putting the girl up a pedestal and worshipping their beauty instead of their wittness/other personality traits.

More like wrong mind set. Sure there are girls that go thru life depending on their looks. And there are girls that are nothing but shells that are attractive to look at with nothing inside. But not every single HB9/10 is like this. I have met HB9/10 that actually have substance in them. Which is saying at lot seeing that I live in OC, which has loads of fake people. Also do you watch what you eat? Because if you have to work out that much just to maintain your body you are not eating right.

i lose weight if i don't eat right, so yes I pay very close attention to what I eat.

I'm rather discouraged as I don't really want/need a girl, seems like a waste of time to chase girls, I'd rather focus on myself, my business, and work, and really have no interest in pursuing women.

Yes most HB9/10's I meet...(the ones EVERYONE want to bang)...have no substance since they dont have to. Everyone wants them for their looks. Every so often you meet one that has sold inner self respect, confidence, intelligence though...far and few between it seems.

But theyre out there

Again, here's where the perceived value gets in.

You see a hot woman and you automaticly start thinking: she must be this or this.
Then she gives you attention: She's so nice.

You pretty much project your own desires of personality you want from her on her, based on her LOOKS.

Then you start dating her and find out she's not such a nice person after all.

I won't comment on the main questions, seeing as everyone else already did. But why would you lose what you have gained when you go out? Loads of buddies of mine workout and have massive muscles, and they go out and drink. Nothing wrong with it. They workout like 3-4 times a week though.

Also, you don't HAVE to drink when you go out.

I many times get girls to divulge personal things about themselves they havent told ANYONE except their closest friends or family...my verbal communication skills are by far my most powerful attribute when gaming.

I can assure you that based on quite conclusive first hand experience, many Los Angeles HB10's are indeed A PRODUCT OF THEIR ENVIRONMENT (seeking: status, attention, power) especially while in their 20's....this is the age I shoot for.

If you read my whole post you'll notice that I also say "but theyre out there"...in other words they exist but are not the norm where Im from in HB10 physical form.

I don't think it is that hard to get people to open up about such things when you are dealing with such people. I don't have stellar communication, but I find its not that hard to get these people to open up. Remember you are dealing with shallow people here and it won't take much to get them to talk, as all you need to do is tell them what they want to hear and bam they open up.

Sadly the same goes for the OC as well, but girls are also materialistic down here as well.

I'm what you call a pure ectomorph, it's a body type that wants to be as straight as a ruler. I have tiny wrist, ankles, and bone structure, yet I'm 6'0. Before I started working out I was 123lbs and 6'0. I would eat like a "normal" person. 2500 Calories a day.

I am now 173lbs and 6'0 and eat over 6000 calories a day for the past 5 years. Drinking, dehydrates you, muscles are 90% water, thus losing muscle. Unfortunately I'm an addict and if I have one drink I'm going to continue drinking til I'm drunk. For reference I eat 8 meals a day, if I skip 2 meals one day and weigh in at the gym the next day I'm going to be down a pound or 2, if I do this for a week, I'll lose 10lbs. I went on a road trip with a friend for 5 days, I weighed 172 before the trip, we ate fast food the entire trip at the same time, same amount of food was consumed, except I ate peanut butter and milk before bed and SPAM right when I woke up. I lost 5lbs over 5 days, he gained 6lbs.

The people I know, who have invited me to go out, actually put me down if we go out and I don't drink. At this point in my life I just want to get my business off and running, finish my degree, and buy the cars I want. I've got a game plan and women just don't seem to fit in.

If I were able to find a beautiful supportive girlfriend, so be it. But a needy, self-centered, party like it's your birthday every night isn't for me.

Mmhh... yeah, I have those friends as well, they put me down for not predrinking and stuff, but when we enter the club and I do my thing, collect numbers, isolate girls, have an awesome time. Basically just jumping around and stuff like a social butterfly. Then they don't really care anymore if I drink or not. It's all about having a good time, and believe me, I have that when I go out.

And I hope the reason for all that exercise isn't for woman, but for yourself. (Because you like working out.)

Mate, I'm a 6 ft 5 ectomorph so it's been even harder for me, but I've built a great physique. But it took my life over to do it. See my other posts on the subject of body building.

As for snacking if you're away from home, nuts are high in calories and great nutrition (not peanuts though), and easy to put in your pocket and nibble at.

And you won't have lost so much weight in such a short time - short term fluctuations are down to fluids.
