What do those 3 threads have in common?
It shows you how people can can develop something from a situation, why they 'chose' to be in such a situation and how they cope with a situation.
What most people don't realize is that, your potential is so massively big you most of the time you don't even realize it. Why not? Your previous experiences and how you dealt with them have dictated your life as it is now. You created self-limiting beliefs or you've blast through them. It depends on which path you've taken.
The point of those 3 threads is to shift your awareness from your external situation to your internal situation.
Why?
Your environment is constantly changing. If you view your environment as your identity, you'll be changing aswell. For better or worse, it doesn't really matter. What you have, you can lose when you're depending on your environment to give you your identity. You got no control over your environment. You can't save a flower from dieing.
However, you, yourself as a human being. You can't get rid of yourself. How hard you try to run, your legs will keep up with you. See yourself for what you are. You got ALL control over yourself.
don't let your situation define you.
you define your situation.
How?
Reflection, alot of it.
Go out(
YOU MUST GO OUT). Do something you're afraid of doing. focus on what you feel.
Then you write it all down. Make a field-report or keep a journal. Whatever you do be brutally honest with yourself.
Were you making assumptions? Were you blaming the girl for being a bitch/boring?
Why was she a bitch or boring? what did you do. Could you blame yourself for that? Did your identity depend on the situation or on yourself? Did you feel a need to get "social proofed".
Any questions are welcome.
