There are medical conditions which cause what you described, so approach this sensitively and let her know that it doesn't put you off. People excrete a large percentage of waste through their skin. As the guys above pointed out, you smell and taste like what you eat. So since this is a diet and health type of thing, there's really no good way to bring up the subject unless she does so herself.

If its isnt, then it might be your body's way of telling you she isn't a genetically good match - I read somewhere that we are naturally repulsed by the smell and taste of people who's immune systems are too similar to ours (like if two people have the same bad mutation a baby will get it.
