Well first of all dont concentrate on the sex too much, meaning dont think how good it feels or how good she is feeling. Pretend when you fucking that you doing something else and put your mind somewhere else, imagine you watching your favorite movie and it gets to your favorite part, so now you concentrate as to what is going to happen in that movie instead what you doing right now.
