I have never really loved before. I think I have to learn to love myself before I can ever love anyone, and you all help me learn to love myself. I love you for that. Seriously for the first time in my life I have hope in myself. I am truly grateful for organizations like this one. Your aspirations to discover the inner game are so wonderful to human development. YOU are my heroes, everyone who has ever contributed.

I know how you feel, every day from this point on will be a little easier, but you will still have rough days and days where you feel like you've regressed. Just know this is normal, and life demands effort every single day to be worthwhile, even if that effort is spent on partying like it's 1999 again.
