I think I'm right on the border between the Second and Third generations.
I got into pickup on June 29, 2007. That's when I found
The Game. Little did I realize it, but
The Pickup Artist would air in a few months and the (still somewhat) underground world that I had discovered would suddenly be catapulted into the mainstream. It was like waking up into existence right before the Big Bang. The routines that I had learned, and my in-and-out knowledge of the M3 progression would become obsolete because it was so commonplace.
Luckily, I had already moved on. At the beginning of October of 2007, I joined up at the RSD forums and took up natural game, and my results started improving like crazy (I got my first in-game lay eight days after joining the RSD forums). It was during this time that the foundations of my current game began to take shape.
Luckily, I'm also kind of a member of the Zeroth generation, with twelve notches on my bedpost when I first found
The Game. Unfortunately for me, I never knew what I had done right to get those twelve girls to sleep with me; NONE of those lays, for instance, had been the result of cold approaches. They were either social circle or the girl opened me. And I kept seeing holes in what I was being taught, because the doctrine didn't agree with my experiences.
So now, here I am. I'm on the verge of taking the bar exam and leaving the world of school forever for the Real World. That means new responsibilities, new opportunities, and new experiences.
I'm not as good as I'm going to get. Even jlaix has said that his game is still developing (specifically, he said that it has developed since the release of the
Jeffy Show), and he's been at this for something like five years now.
But DAMN I can't wait until I get my own place so that my extraction logistics get sorted. Then I'll be banging girls like it's going out of style instead of just making out with them and losing the lay to logistics, which is how my pickups usually go these days.
