| Absolute bull, Paramount. I'm in the UK and I have traveled throughout pretty much every country in Europe. The only places I haven't been are the Ukraine, and a couple of the Balkan states. In the very far east of Europe, yeah you may find some racism. The ex-Soviet countries do tend to be a bit backwards in that regard still.
However, Scandinavia and anything further west of about Poland, and plenty of the Balkan states are absolute fine with people of any race. The stuff you are saying is quite simply uninformed and wrong. Western Europe is extremely multicultural. There will be some people who are racist - much as there are in the US - but that is the minority. Most people don't give a shit. You can travel round the whole of the UK and you'd be absolutely fine. Similarly Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, Benelux countries, Scandinavia (Norway, Finland, Sweden) Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia and most of the places further south, and also the Baltic countries such as Estonia and Latvia are generally fine as well.
What you are saying is no different to me - a white man from the UK - saying I don't want to go to New York because there are lots of black people who, because of all the white people living in New York, hate all white people. Now that is clearly absolute bollocks (and I have been to New York and love it by the way), and what you are saying is no different to that; absolute rubbish.
