Have no problem chatting to girls but always have a problem with making it more than a chat!
Any suggestions on what I can read / watch to improve! I have been trying myself for a year and getting no where...so thought I would come here.

There is a wealth of experience here so dig into the forums and you'll find advice that work for you.
For London (and the UK) the neg style is a bit hit and miss. I've found women respond better to gambler's style. YouTube him. But it's all about inner game in my opinion. Focus on that and you won't need routines.
