I just cant figure out how on earth u pick up women with out them judging u on your shape?

Only 40 lbs over weight and it never cease to amaze me how useless it is to try picking up woman. I just gotta lose al that fat bit damn will it take forever

Lose the wieght mate.
I used to way 280+ and depressed back in Nov. 2013, now im down to 220 and talking to girls knowing its not about my weight issue. you'll really enjoy life more.

Your weight reflects how much you care about yourself and girls see that so when your not taking care of your body its unnatractive to women just like it is unatractive to us if we see an overweight girl. If you start taking care of your body and losing weight not only will that make you feel better about yourself and raise your confidendce but girls will see that you care about your body and will be more attracted to you along with your raised confidence

(I reccomend P90x 3 each day is only 30 minutes and you will see massive results and make sure to change up your diet)
