So a few weeks ago I went to Toronto for the weekend with a buddy as a little getaway trip. We had tickets to a sporting event and figured we would stay a few nights at a hotel. I decided to make it a goal to get laid off of Tinder while we were in the city. I fired up Tinder and just started swiping away. I probably swiped through over a thousand girls that first day, no lie. I was getting a good amount of matches, but contrary to what people think everyone who matches with you isn't down to bang.

The first mistake I made was trying to get women to come right to my hotel room. I was just being lazy and didn't want to put in any effort, but figured maybe one of these women would be willing. I even tried using the little white lie that I was moving to the city in a month and was just here for the weekend "looking at apartments" to make the girls feel less like a complete booty call. Still, nobody bit that first night and so I eventually gave up and got a drink with my buddy. I was discouraged but gave it another shot the next day.

I exchanged numbers with one of the girls and she agreed to meet me at some point that day. She was a Lebanese chick with great hair and an awesome body. Probably a 7 or an 8. She was telling me she wanted to go out and do something, and so I told her to meet at my hotel and we would make a game plan. She agreed and said she would be there in about a half hour.

Ideally my plan would have been to ambush her and bang her as soon as she got there, but I knew that wasn't likely. She showed up and we sat and talked for a bit. I went in for the kiss and she denied me! I couldn't believe it. Part of me didn't even want to bother going out with her after that. But I remained collected, teased her about being classy, and we picked a bar within walking distance. In hindsight it was too soon to try and kiss her and it could have really creeped her out if I had pouted or tried again too soon. Thankfully I recovered.

At the bar, we sat down and had a few beers while we chatted. Typical stuff. She commented that I seemed like an asshole, but she "always ends up falling for assholes." I took that as my opening and kissed her on the spot. She accepted it, and I knew I was in at that point. I think she expected me to pay for all the drinks, but I wasn't about to do that. After the first two rounds, I told her she could buy the next one and she told me all she had was her credit card. I pointed in the direction of the SPAM. An AFC probably would feel like he needs to pay for everything but I've learned that's just a waste of money.

We danced and drank until the bar closed and started walking back to the hotel. There was no doubt in my mind I was going to get it in at that point. We get back to the hotel and immediately start making out. I try to take her pants off and she stops me, saying "What do you think you're doing?" I just smile and shrug my shoulders and continue to take them off. At that point it was on. We had crazy sex (she was SO loud) for a while and then my buddy came back to the room. I took her into the bathroom, turned the bath water on, and bent her over the tub and continued drilling her. The next morning I took her back in the bathroom and we did it again. After that I sent her on her way.

A few things I learned:
-It's not realistic to expect a girl to come to a stranger's hotel room and hook up just like that
-BUT... inviting her to the hotel and then leaving with me probably helped. It's that whole "changing venues" theory that builds comfort.
-Getting rejected once isn't the end of the road. She didn't want to kiss me initially and by the end of the night we were... well... you know
-Don't feel like you need to be "the man" and pay for everything. She probably spent more money than I did that night and it didn't make a bit of difference.
