So I fclosed a girl from work two days ago and well I told her after fclose that we should keep our dating secret at work because we both don't want to have problems or hear stories at work.
The morning before going to work we kissed again in bed and all.
But now I don't really know what to do ? because we see each other at work but we have to pretend like nothing happenned ^^

I dont want to appear Needy so plz help guys
Should I text her ? propose a date ? when ?

It depends on where you want to take this office fling.

If she is relationship material, you could meet discretely for a while and see where this leads. Texting or calling her is fine, after all you slept together so there must be some serious attraction at least. So go ahead and call or text her with plans in mind as soon as possible. Strike the iron while it's hot. There's little risk of appearing needy, unless you text her like 50 times a day I would also advise that you should not engage in any risky behaviour at work, could get you in serious trouble...

If she's not what you are looking for long term, you could keep it casual, and call her just for sex. Some of my fuck buddies have been girls from work, and there was no awkwardness, all the more it was kind of exciting to talk to them about work related topics when in a group at work and know that the night before we went to town on each other.

If you have no interest in her as a GF or FWB, just play it cool and let it die by the hand of time. It usually does, and especially if the girl is level headed there will be no consequences...

She is relationship Material but yeah at work we have to act like we are just coworkers and its kind of weird ^^
I texted her saying that it will be cool for us to meet up and go grab a drink
so waiting the response right now
if she says she's busy should I freeze out and like give no contact for a little time or reengage another day to try to hang out ?

Act like "It's no big deal" and re-engage the next day. If she's making up lame excuses two-three nights in a row clearly she's BS-ing you for one of the two reasons:

- she's not interested in pursuing a relationship with you, not even a FWB situation, it was a one time thing and let's leave it at that
- she's ashamed for sleeping with you (some women develop sex induced guilt due to a strict upbringing) or afraid you will tell around; she should loosen up once she realises you're cool and discreet (the best quality she could hope for in an office fling situation)

Well she responded she says she is sorry she has work tomorrow
I told her she has nothing to worry about the others at work knowing because even I dont want them to know.
and that well no problem we will just hang another time.

I know that next saturday there is a Party at a coworker's house and we are both invited so should i just leave it until the party or try to date before that party ?

So I guess i will just next her and try to find a better girl for relationship
