Hey!
I want to change into a better person, a confident beast that doesn't care what people think, a guy that can approach 10's when i want, get many chicks and increase my social circle. But i have no idea how to start! :P

i am 17, never had a girlfriend, but i have a better body than most of the guys around, friends say i am handsome and so on. Last summer i caught girls staring at me in the city and on the beach. But i did not know what to do, this is one of the things i want to change! :)

So, can some of you guys help me on my way to be a better and more confident guy? :)

I am willing to take drastic steps to do this, i want to live a fun and worryless life, not a life where i do not hang out with friends (except for a few) and no parties.

So i will be glad for all the answers i get!
Thanks! :)

Jump into the water, force yourself to drown, then learn how to swim....

The only way to get more comfortable in situations that you are uncomfortable in is to put yourself into those situations and deal with it.

I'd say "be yourself" but at 17 I remember that didn't help me for shit.

Try showing off and improving things you're good at.

What I would recommend is start by talking to "hired guns" girls working at the mall, waitresses what not. I had a relationship go bad it killed my confidence. I was like you said a confident beast, but my confidence sunk so low I couldn't even say hi to a girl waiting in line to get into a club. The thing with hired guns is its part of their job to talk to you and be social challenge yourself to get the convo on a more personal level. That's how I got back into it and I'm back to my old self again. I personally think that would be a good starting point for you. Easy way to work on social skills and build up confidence towards talking to women then from there move onto approaches that are more challenging.

Hope that helps good luck!!
