I was getting pissed because this HOTSTAFF8 was ignoring me. So I went up to her and said, "Geez, you haven't talked to me all day! I said hello but no answer!" She shook her head and said, "Oh, don't mind me! I wasn't paying attention." I got a feeling she hated my presence. So I stook around and some how talked about witches. She told me, "You haven't seen a witch yet?" Pointed at me and gave me a evil eye. I asked her what was she in the halloween party? She told me she was a witch. "Well, it's good that you finally took off your mask!" I smiled after the punch line. "Ah, you're a funny guy! You got jokes!" Sarcastically she told me. Did I neg her right or wrong?

I think those negs were acceptable and not crossing the line,
She was just putting up a strong bitch shield.
If this was me i would start showing less intrest and just be my usual cocky + funny self, an give other people my attention.
I would have probly been forced into saying 'dam i was only trying to be nice, i wont bother next time'.
Im not saying give up on her, but try to make her seek validation from you.

With this girl I was talking about I should've said along the lines:
"Wow! You're a busy lady! Talking to everyone else but me huh? Thanks! I feel so important I could cry! Next time you wanna talk to me I'll just ignore you then!"

This would be good because I create a SNIPER NEG, plus a false-takeaway which will make her say that she's sorry and try to qualify herself with me.

If negs are gonna work, you need some backup, and make sure they laugh with you.

Having said that, I'm not sure where this is going. There appear to be no IOI's, or at least that's the way you sell it.
