I cannot believe you are posting pictures of yourself to a message board full of guys asking if you're good looking (i remember the last pic cropping up on one of your countless threads about yourself)... I won't comment on your looks.
As for the other guys, they look like run of the mill bros/tools. If you want an example of what all women want, look no further than Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt in fight club), or Matt Damon in the Bourne series. The James bonds are also generally picked to be maximally appealing to women. They all have mature, masculine, and symmetric faces, but what makes them so appealing to women is the characters they play, not just the look. They are the ultimate alpha males. Their look is just icing on the cake.
Daniel Craig is someone I think a lot of people can take encouragement/motivation from. I don't think he's all that attractive in terms of his face. He's got a bit of a hard man brooding type look, but compared to other movie stars he's not got the sort of pretty boy face that many actors have got. Yet women swoon over him for other reasons; his great body, his personality (he comes across a bit like James Bond even when out of character - exudes masculinity but retains a bit of English gentlemanly charm and sophistication as well) and of course being a very rich movie star has its perks. Body and personality are his main attractions, things which any man can work on and improve.
As for the general question, pick up is about making the most of the tools you've got. For most of us average looking guys, we have to have great personalities/"game" as they are our main tool for pick up. However, if you're super rich or super good looking, they're just another tool, and probably more instantly effective than game. A good looking man gets instant recognition from girls, whereas an average looking man may have to show other aspects of him before he gets that recognition. Of course a good looking man may get the instant recognition and then fuck it up when the girl realises he's a wet blanket with no personality and no "game". Ultimately, everyone has different tools, we need to be as well rounded as possible - and looks are about the one thing we can't do anything about. So don't worry about them, use their advantages if you're attractive, but whether you're attractive or not get your game solid and the rest will come. It just might come slightly quicker if you look like Brad Pitt.
