You have high-self esteem? So you're truly confident? Hate to be the bringer of bad news- if that were really true, you WOULD be ALOT more outwardly confident and display it through your body language, and naturally attract more women to you. I think you need to work on your confidence more than anything. You sound like a really successful, interesting and cool guy that girls would want, but your inner-game is lacking man. You are probably also way too 'needy' and the girls can sense it a mile away. Work on BOTH your confidence and non-neediness and you will begin attracting women like a magnet in no time. You should also dress to impress- stand out, look sexy and masculine. Another tip: a little bit of alcohol helps with your 'charm'.
