So heres whats up: starting messaging girl on SPAM, and I can tell its done before I even send my first message cause I legti had nothing to say.

I know my messages were too long, I know I didn't escalate at all and my attempts at flirtation were laughable and I fucking TRIPLETEXTED to open lmao it hurts looking back. But other than that, break it down for me, point out where I fucked up, what I could have said, etc etc. Would really appreciate.

I`ve seen far worse. She seems to be invested in what you were saying.

I think it would have been good to continue some of the conversations you were having to include yourself more, and don`t go from one scenario to another so quick. You go from movies to pool to Zombie Apocalypse too quick mate. You are a film student, you must have a great imagination - use it! She said she wanted strong smart men - place yourself in this position so she believes you are this person.

Zombie Apocalypse - there were loads of things you could have explored here:

You could say how you BOTH could live, how you BOTH would survive, and how you BOTH would re-populate the earth??? And by the end of the film (might as well use the film thing) you would both get married and have kids and go to Thailand/somewhere exotic to live together.

My point is to include yourself in her plans/include her in your plans.

eg. HER: .....find weapons etc....or get on a boat

YOU: That`s a great idea. We could go to Hawaii...etc

Careful about talking about negative things when she was younger. You don`t know what she went through and may not want to talk about it to you! Can of worms if you`re not careful. You want positive connotations when she thinks of you.

As you say, the multiple messages need to be cut down. You don`t need to say that the beginning of a conversation is awkward - that`ll make HER feel awkward, and conveys an underconfident man who is not used to this. You seem to to get off to a false start, remember EVERYONE likes movies and/or music. There`s your reference right there.
