Skills360,I have been reading your stuff for some time. My game has improved most under your advice/guidance. I stopped being nice to get girls for sometime,I am generally a nice person and not needy nice,but when I am nice and helping people as opposed to being an not so nice to people tend to try to take advantage. This is the problem of being nice,now its not getting reward that's the prob,but people thinking you a carpet,which does become a problem when you are nice. Then when you call them out it(not even angrily) or ignore them,all of a sudden its like why you being a bitch. Can't win with some people

Hey man! Glad it help remember it is not being a jerk but being a good person, instead of a "typical nice guy" which is a manipulator at heart, dishonest at heart, and being nice in order to get something in return... Being a genuine good person it is the way to go.... If you are having problems with the boldface, it is normal, you are standing your ground some people will not like it, specially when they are so used to you being nice, but standing your ground and not being a push over, it is very attractive in a long run... Last night i was having dinner with my gf big best friend, she was going on and on how unhappy her life is and how she can not find a "nice guy". I asked her, let me ask you a question all the guys you dated were jerks? she replied with yes i hate men. Then i ask her, were they "nice guys at the beginning? she said yes... I say do not go for "nice guys" go for good guys and i explain to her everything i have just described here, she got the point. Then i told her that men are looking for personality, sexual performance, and looks. Till she get her looks handle she will have a problem unless she like black guys. I ask her do you like black guys? she said: "no" i say but why not? she said "i am just not attracted to them" then i said you get my point... White guys do not like big girls you need to be in shape and forget all the " he will like me for me crap".... She told me "you are such a jerk", i said no i am just being honest with you. I will help you lose the weight give me 6 months.... After this interaction, she was talking to my gf about me, and she likes me a lot as a person, my buying temperature with my gf went through the sky, as soon as we got home she jump on me and destroyed me sexually, if you know what i mean, but during the interaction, she was like so uncomfortable get me out of here.

Contrary to popular belief, getting in shape can be done fast and easy, the hardest part is to kill our "Auto pilot habits" specially when it comes to nutrition, and find stuff that is effective, i did a post on the subject, your priority, should be "the getting in shape" under control. As soon as i wake up my first priority, is "working out"... Working out at home does wonders as well as cross fit, body for life(for starters) and beach body products(p90x, insanity etc...)... If i were you look into body for life, is simple and effective for starters and motivating since from week to week if you do what it says you will instantly see changes in your body...

@skills360 - thanks brother, Ive been hitting the gym and running a lot lately but I know its my diet is whats killing my results, definitely have my bad eating habits on autopilot.

Can you post a link to the autopilot post you were referring to?

Hey man, lol! you can get a book call the now habit... But anyways, here is my post on nutrition, start of with body for life, since is simple and you will see results from week to week, DO NOT DO BODY FOR LIFE for more than 3 months, if you have the money, you can also do something call "cross fit" that is the best existing system in my opinion, nutrition is not hard at all, it is easy, make sure that the healthy food you chose to eat, you really like them and enjoy them, that is key, if you do not believe in transformations look at the old videos of Tyler Durden, and look at him now, he totally transform his body, and he was a fat fuck, and he is about 34 or so, here is the link:
