It's not the fact that I'm ugly, because I know I'm not bad looking from what people told me. Good looking girls i meet (HB7 -10) usually don't look at me and I don't know how can I fully grab girls attention, and I know that eye contact is very important for further action. Please help me any advice will be good

Girls are known not to be looking at guys because it is communicate lower social value. You'll be surprised that even girls who really want a guy won't look at him because they are afraid of being perceived as needy. Besides what is the point of tying the girls to look at you. Peackocking is a needy type of character. It comes from a mind frame of "let me something and change my personality so that the girl will like me". Girls are much more concerned with your confidence, social circle and many other things. So instead of trying to figure out how to get girls to look at you think about how you can improve your conversation skills, kino skills, eye contact etc... Many times there will be thoughts in your head such as "the girls are not looking at you because you suck" disregard these thoughts. These thoughts are a negative pattern in your mind destroy them and convince yourself the opposite that you are progressing and will soon be better.
