so i recently came out of a relationship that lasted for about six months i was confident and feeling pretty good about myself and my game before and now im at a low and i just needa get back from where i fell any advice would be great thanks a lot guys

Go out, have fun. Watch a ballgame, play poker with friends, hell throw a LAN party and go nuts on Call of Duty. The details aren't important, what is important is that you need to remind yourself that life rocked before you met her and it will continue to do so afterwards. If you spent so much time with a girl, you may have forgotten some of the great times you can have single, and tehre's plenty.
