Ok I'm hoping there are some guys who understand the new york dating scene and how intense the games being played by high value new york chicks are. I know we have to see ourselves as higher value but just wondering if the games ever end with these types of chicks or do they just get more subtle in a relationship.

I'm not talking about a hot model because to me that type of girl knows guys are attracted to her on only one dimension. But take a hot, successful, fit, smart new york chick who has everything going on. She's got her pick and is constantly being approached etc. She's gonna give a guy all kinds of shit tests and play the whole hot/cold game for a while to make sure you are alpha enough to be exclusive with her.

When do you know you have gotten to the stage where you know the chick is really into you and the games are not in overdrive anymore. what are the signs, because i have chicks who will be intimate, say stuff, and still be playing shit tests.

I live in NYC also, and from my experience, the moment the girl drops all the games and shit test I lose all attraction for them. I don't care how hot they are when I first meet them; shit test keep me on my toes. I just dropped this hot ass russian chick(engineer) because she fell for me and stopped the shit test. Its kind of a gift and a curse man.

The games is what gets you playing in the first place.

Yeah it's weird...I so got played by this hot chick recently and thought she was a sadist based on how much she would both flake/toy with me and then show interest. It took talking to friends who have been here forever who heard the whole story to tell me that it was just a series of shit tests. and though I was failing them along the way, she was still undecided because she kept asking to meet up.

I don't know if i would lose interest if she stopped them, but i can definitely say she had me wrapped around her finger and i was obsessed with her based on the games i she was playing on me. at least i am more aware now

And yea what that girl did to you she probably did to 4-5 other guys at the same time as she was doing it to you. Hot girls do that shit to guys just for fun, even when they have no intentions with them. Hell I string along a few girls from time to time just for fun. I don't blame them, you just have to know the difference between genuine interest and being toyed with.

Met a new chick this weekend who was not from ny and doesn't live here. She was nice, open, attractive and straightforward. how did i feel about her after dealing with the predators of ny...found her really boring. Think i have gotten used to the madness here. Just gotta up my game and play it better.

my ex kept testing me and i didnt know about "shit tests" so it would piss me off. its okay if its fun. my ex was not fun and after 5 years of taking it, i walked away. the thing is...she taught me a lot about shit tests. that shit doesn't affect me anymore. have fun!

Well the one I just broke up with was gaming me like a kid playing world of warcraft. I had lost too much ground reacting like an AFC to her, but even to the end she would continue to want to meet up, but the hot/cold thing never ended. Guess I thought the breaking up would jolt her back into compliance but so far she hasn't caved in and reached out so am just moving on and dating other chicks. But I won't deny, so far she was the one I really wanted to date.
