Try taking her out to do something fun, Like go on some rides, shopping, or play some games make your relationship more interesting.. why don't you guys have sex since your at your house lol. If you text her saying that stuff up there ^ I don't think she'll like it very much and things could go very wrong. You'll come off as needy and not having a life besides her.. Hangout with friends, go workout... get her to miss you, then call her when your ready to give her love, Make sure she knows you're still loyal to her, but don't fully depend on her either.

That is a NO! But you need to learn to avoid stalking her on fb. Believe me, FB is a relationship KILLER! That would also apply to twitter and other social sites.
