I think structuring your game so much can be detrimental in the end. You have to learn from your interactions, and with time and experience you will internalize how to behave around women.

For example, how can you start talking about women and come up with stuff like

"Ok, now I have to use a neg"
"Oh, now it's a great time for a DHV"

The more you get in your head, the more distracted you'll be, the more disconnected you'll be from the interaction.

Maybe I'm understanding the question wrong, but I hope I'm not.

By the way, people just dont "HAVE" decent sense of humor. Being a funny/witty person is not something you can buy at the store. I think that even though you can learn how to be funny, it's one of those things some people have and others don't.
