It's kind of weird saying this but...when you want a girl, what sort of body language do you give off? How would you stare at a girl?

First off, I'm Asian. In my culture, we were taught not to stare because it's rude. Anyways, I was walking today and my contacts were bugging me so I tried to not blink as less as I could. I continued walking and I saw this girl who I think I've met before at a mixer, continued to stare at her because I didn't want to blink and she smiled, stopped to talk to me.
