Hey,

I just started my new job last week as a first time manager. Several of the people I work with are HB's. I tried being friendly to them but they have stuck up bitchy attitudes. Normally this type of behavior would be negged, but since im there boss, i don't want to act unprofessional. All of them seem to give me resistance and are cold. I want to game them, but im not sure how to do this in this environment. What is the best way to handle this situation?

Be very careful if you decide to lock in on women you work with especially if your in a management position dude. Your playing with fire, if you succeed then 10 points however if you come across as creepy or fail in general there's a chance that you could be terminated if your company has a strict HR policy. I know two of my friends that were in management positions that were let go or "transferred" because of this sort of thing. I have gotten ass from the job before but I wasn't in a management and she approached ME first so it progressed very casually.

I'm not saying Don't consider it but be prepared for the worst if everything doesn't go your way...but best of luck my friend.
