Treating women who aren't 9s or 10s like shit is not a smart way to go through life. But I think this leads into the big issue that a lot of guys first read pickup material and dont fully get C/F humor, comical ego, negging, etc, and they turn into complete dicks. Being a prick will not get you laid. It's just about preferring to be a little bold when it comes to what you say than being a little timid. An insult will get a negative reaction almost every time, and that's why you won't find ANY legit guy who knows his shit saying that he was incredibly rude to a girl.

exactly...unless you were saying it with a cheeky grin or something where it was clear that you were joking around...it's a pretty low blow...you want to make others around you feel good..that's what value is..not some DHV story of something you never did

This is all down to the tonality! I am willing to bet money that you came across as a little too serious to them, furthermore, when the girl approached you got a little anxious and that really wrecked your delivery.
This kind of line only works if you deliver it in a playful, non-threatening tone with a follow-up cocky/funny comment in my experiences!
So you should've maybe said:
"You know it's rude to butt in to conversations right!" in a playful tone and a big smile.. and follow up with "But since you're a fan of _____ i'll let you off!"
Replace the blank or the whole sentence with any observation.
This also acts as a nice transition.

It's not about what you say, but how you say it!

Ive thought about that moment in my head over and over again, this is what I have learned form the situation.

1) I can remember that particular line in my head so I figured Ill throw it out there for her and get her response (which is clear that it was a bad response)
2) I recently watched my self on video talking and I sound more formal, intellegent and serious rather then funny, playfull or joking around as such.

Does anyone here know how I can improve my tone of voice form serious to playfull?

I've had some crash and burn cocky/funny deliveries in my time mind you, if it's any consolation.

Actually, I used to be more of a tease before I read up on C&F, and it pretty much ruined my delivery because I put so much thought into it all of a sudden. It's when I found back to my more "natural" state (that has a much more "be nice" philosophy than D'Angelo) that I found some success again.

Congruency is the big thing. Sure, you can practice, and you'll get better at it, but if cocky/funny doesn't come natural to you, it'll shine through. If it's not already part of your personality, I'd say it's a pretty advanced technique to learn, as there's a really fine balance between "just right" and going too far.

c + f is not a bad thing but it is misused. It is to be used sparingly, use it too often and i would fuck you up. Plus most people thing it is an attraction technique but it is actually not. Avoid using it before the girl is really into you. Use it b4 and it makes you luk like weirdo. So be carefull.
