Then i put my phone away, I decided to be the one to not text back. How do u think it went? I waited long times before responding, and I think it went well. Only thing is that when I brought up hanging out she ignored it... But let me know how it went and if i should call her today or not! What was that whole starting and ending sentences with "haha" non-sense. This is exactly why she isn't attracted to you, you've become her "buddy" which is some sort of post in the "Friend's Zone" department.

The whole text conversation was basically a cycle of "You tell me first!", "No! You tell me first!" and it was like listening to two primary school kids arguing. Not fun for anyone.

I don't know what you're looking for here. Critique? Well, you're a kid and every girl wants a man. Unless you're going to radically change the way you talk (and assuming behave) with girls, you'll always be the guy to text to, but not hang out with.
