Recommend Openers or Routines for HS girls?

Hey can anyone recommend openers and routines for HS girls?

I think a lot of the openers and routines ive been reading are a bit much for younger girls. Just looking for some good, friendly approaches or routines that work well with younger girls that dont get approached that much.
