Telling Vs Showing A Girl I love her?

So I've been told that showing a girl I love her is better than just telling her. But almost every feedback I got is to just "tell" the girl how I feel about her.

So what should I do? Just tell her or just randomly kiss her? Combination of both?

Unless you're about to hand her a ring, I'd recommend against doing either.

Yes actions are better than words. But putting yourself forward is bad (like prof. said). I never recommend telling a girl "i like you". And personally don't randomly kiss them lol.

I'm gonna assume from how little you're giving to us, that you aren't dating this girl. In that case, I find it hard to believe you love her. You can be attracted to her, sure, but love is a strong word to toss around. Just ask her out, and keep that love word to yourself until you actually know her.

Close friend that has given me IOIs and I can't stop thinking about her.

Judging by your post's amount Idk if you know exactly what IOI's are. Its a easily thrown around term (this girl was looking at me, nice IOI right?). Anyways otaru is right love is something you have to wait for, and gaming a girl you cant stop thinking of is actually kinda bad to do. Close friend makes it harder if she LJBF speeched you, and yes the next step is to date.
