Hello gentlemen.

I've been trying to game a old friend of mine. She used to give me huge IOIs which I can't figure out if it's IOIs or just because we're close friends. I started my move on her and she seem to back off. So what I did was mirror her and back off.

We were texting today, and I had enough being the last person to text in a conversation. So I decided to just stop texting her back (at the right time when there was nothing else to say). Hours later she texted me again, saying good night.

Is that a IOI?

In the slightest. Or she's just being nice. Idk what kind of move you tried on her but doesn't seem like things are progressing through text, just take her out.

Yes it's an IOI.

No she won't spread her legs for you because of that.

Make another move. Try hanging out with her in private. Don't take her out on an official date, because that's gay - but hang out with just the two of you and do something, before making any moves.

txt log, need more info,
it is good to escalate and offer relief from the tension via take aways, but don't become in-congruent with your interest it is counter productive
