-have you guys dated/sexed/hung out outside of work before?
-have you flirted before?
-did the text message say anything else?
-do you know if she is/was attracted to you?
-are you attracted to her?
-is there a chance she's drunk or otherwise fucking with you?
-what were your other texts like?


if i were to give advice just based on the info you provided, i would say that you wanna respond in a way that lets her know youre interested, but not so overly interested that youre immediately ready to whip your dick out. something like "hmm...are you any good?" would be fine.

this is probably obvious, but i'll say it anway: the more likely she is to be serious and the less you care about the interaction, the more you should be direct and just tell her to come over and suck it. otoh, if you really liked her and you dont wanna mess it up, be more playful and use a message like the one i provided above.
