So, I'm pretty good with talking to a random hot girl on the street (I only do daygame). I get very direct very fast. The interaction lasts about 5-10 minutes.

What I do is tell her what I thought of when I first saw her.

If you got the balls to do that in front of her friends, then by all means go ahead. However - it depends on the type of girl. All girls will react differently to being approached like this. If she is shy or insecure at all, she won't know what to do and you may be looking at a harsh rejection there. If she's the outgoing type, thats a different story. So yeah my point - depends on the girl.
