You refer to yourself to much, try not to bring up yourself, you constantly repeat 'I'. You need to act like your interested in her more than yourself, don't make it a Q&A but make the conversation revolve round her more.

if you have to employ the "Little sister" tactic i wouldn't say it more than once as it seems you are trying too hard to get that point across. I know that you were trying not to get friend zoned, but maybe i would of said something along the lines of "friend? i dont know you that well yet, lets see... what can you offer me as a friend...". That way she can qualify herself to you and you can nitpick whatever information she gives you and work it into your favor

In PUA terms, is said to "treat girls like there your little sister." Not actually call them out on being your little sister.

You basically then ask how she is doing, which is something I would never do. That's is more boyfriend/girlfriend talk where there is lots of comfort. 2nd, when she said your friend, you took it too offensively. You were on it for awhile, also. She was just trying to build rapport with you. She is not sticking you in he friendzone. A girl is not gonna call you her boyfriend or FWB if she hasn't slept with you. You should have qualified her and said "If a girl wants to be friends with me, she has to buy me Ice-Cream ." Another potential day 2 set up.
