How important do you think it is to approach a girl shortly after the 2 of you catch eachothers attention.

I know from experience that sometimes a quick approach is best, but other times a delayed approach works better.

well everything varies from girl to girl but in General i think the 3sec approach works not because it shows to her that you are not some scared little boy but that it allows you no time to come up with 'reasons' in your head why this girl shouldnt be approached and i think in most cases your sudden opener will seem more realistic, situational and spontanious than if you were to stand there planning for 5min before hand.
