How can i recover from this

Hey guys im wondering how i can recover from this. Ive showed myself as shy and awkward to this girl in acting school who is clearly attracted to me or was before i wussied out. Its been a week and a day so far and ive been constantly failing at even making small talk with her. Its weird this isnt the real me im actually naturally good with girls no boost but i jus cant get loose and be myself. I have situational confidence i need constant confidence.

second... you can not be ON all of the time, energy switches
