How do u respond to a wat responce from the girl?

Ok so sometimes whn i send a txt msg to a few firl one of the smetimes respomd with a "wat?"

Fr example,
i txted this girl that i have class with sayin somethng like" hey think i saw a girl that looks jus like u, r u stalking me?"

she replied with a "wat?"

so how do u guys reply to these kind of answers?
