Hey guys,

Went on a D2 with a chick on Saturday night, things went pretty good, probably could've been better. Great conversation and lots of laughs, so I think overall a pretty decent date. We went our seperate ways to different clubs, and she was texting me (wanting to meet up), but went cold turkey around 1:30.

Anyways, I was talking to her on FB today (I hate this, but she NEVER picks up her phone and only responds to texts/FB). She told me she loves ice cream on our D2, so over the next week we are supposed to have really good weather, so I ask if she wants to go grab some ice cream on thursday after work. She doesn't say no outright, but she says she is doing a detox and can't have dairy. I believe the detox part, but I also think that if she was interested in going out again, she would have said something like 'can't eat ice cream, but maybe we can do something else?'. I didn't really feel like getting rejected after asking 'oh, well do you want to do something else??'... so I left it. Just the fact that she didn't leave it open/offer any sort of interest in doing something else kind of makes me think she isn't interested in meeting up again? I don't know, what do you guys think?

Possibly... But not necessarily. Some girls dont get it. They dont think properly about it. Try asking her if she wants to do somehting else - why would she say she really enjoyed ice cream on your date if she didn't mean she enjoyed the ice cream with you??? If you ask her if she wants to do soemthing else, what have you got to lose? If she says no, whatever deal and move on. If she says yes, it could be the start of something great. You will never know if you dont try! Good luck

...did you kissed her?

I have this feeling that the date was great and really really NICE... catch my drift? NICE... as in the NICE guy who can be a great friend but is not real coz his just nice and afraid of intimacy

or it can just be a flake, you can never know, maybe something happened in HER personal life, or she just lost the attraction with no apparent reason.

Yea StreetLight, you are right. It was an 'nice' date, kind of tough to kino at the spot we were at, and I should have done a better job of creating attraction. I thought it was apositive that she was texting me later in the night, but nothing came of it ultimately. Oh well, maybe the opportunity is gone, maybe not. I will ask her out one more time, maybe a movie since she can't eat anything fun or drink. I'd put money on her ignoring me... but who knows. If I do get a second shot, I'm going to k-close no matter what. Thanks for the advice guys.
