When you go up and approach a girl, what is the list that you constantly have running through your mind?

for example: open, kino, neg, dhv, neg, kino, dhv, close.

Just trying to see what works best for most people here.

Well it really depends on how comfortable you are with the approach. Someone who has confidence will have a general idea of the opener they are going to use and focus on reading the non-verbal ques the women is emitting; And if the conversation seems to be at an end they will move on to either another opener or take it to the next level depending on the IoIs or lack thereof.
Even if you are not a confident person you can become one using simple NLP techniques such as infusing confidence with an color. IF you think you're confident you are and if your not only you can change that. Perception is reality.
So it varies from person to person. I personally imagine a blue aura surrounding me as i make the approach and use an opener that fits the situation. After that I'll watch their body language while continuing with the conversation and take it from there.
