I am looking for a good book on diplomacy. I do believe that the same general rules of diplomacy can be applied when sarging.
Please suggest books that deal with diplomacy. More on a personal level rather than international level.
Thanks in advance, _________________ Better to be a student of reality than a master of illusion.

If Russia and the US were man and woman, you know they would have hate boned each other at some point in time. Think of a country under good standing, sure you may go out to dinner, and you might share a firm handshake every so often, but are you ever building anything more than that? A PUA isn't the diplomat with women, he's the crazy exotic guy that they're never quite sure about until they're waist deep in the shit so to speak. As for the books, maybe Diplomacy by Sir Harold Nicholson, or Diplomacy by Deceit from John Coleman. _________________ "All the dragons in our lives are perhaps princesses expecting us to be handsome and brave, all the terrifying things are perhaps nothing but helpless things waiting for us to help them." Imagine an AMOG is trying to blow you out of a set?,,,,, got it. right?,,,,,, and it is up to YOU to decide how to proceed? How would you dissolve a tense situation where you are being AMOGed out of a set?
Whatever answer you give to the last two questions is a result of your "diplomatic sense".
Shoudnt we learn all we can about it since i can be used while gaming? _________________ Better to be a student of reality than a master of illusion.

Just curious to see what you are trying to benefit from it...?

I'd argue that trying to be too diplomatic with them works in the opposite way. Instead of blowing them off like the annoyance that they are, you're validating their approach, sort of a dangerous game to be playing. Sure diplomacy can help a bit, but in the end it could be more harm than good. Work on being a natural people person instead of a diplomat. _________________ "All the dragons in our lives are perhaps princesses expecting us to be handsome and brave, all the terrifying things are perhaps nothing but helpless things waiting for us to help them."
