Im sure this may have been asked before, but theres too many posts for me to filter through right now.

Basically, I lost my value with this chick. I had major amounts of value when we first met, and for a good long while after that. Stupidly, as per usual, I allowed myself to lose value. Which is why she's no longer interested. Is it possible to rebuild value in someone who already knows how you are? Will regaining the old values be purposeless as they know how you can be, or will it be good because its what attracted them to you in the first place? Once value is lost, is that it? Im trying to avoid one-itis here, but my goal is to get the chick to be attracted to me once more.

Then focus more on making a cooler lifestyle
when you already got other girls on you and a good look change and improved your inner game start letting her in more on what has become of you it should work.
