Hey fellas,

i've got a problem with the pick-up at a 1-set. Pick-ups at 2-5 sets are really clear to me. My openers work and they start to talk really fascinated and even enthuastic about them, but i just don't understand how to neg her or how to destroy her bitchshield at a 1-set.
Any good advices you can offer me?

1 sets are usually more apprehensive because they don't have a girlfriend(s) to help them when guys are hitting on them. When you approach a one set the way to open them is to be funny without making comments about their looks (if she's an HB). You could try something funny like:

PUA: You look like someone who could really appreciate a sincere compliment....
HB: Sure...
PUA: Me too, you first.....!

She will usually laugh because it's funny and then say something like: "Ok...I like your hair...."
Then you can compliment on her clothing or something....This way the ice is broken without her feeling threatened by your approach.
You can follow up with an opinion opener or something, and then continue with the usual MM system.
