you need to be respectful about it. girls take it way worse that guys.

say your both young its not the end of the world. you dont wanan get into anyhtign too deep at this stange of your life.

once you do it its important you break all connections and leave her in no doubt that its over. dont say anyhtign silly like i need time to think ect cause a glimmer of hope will eat her alive.

heres something that I use almost everytime i break it off with a girl.

use an extended and better version of "its not you its me"

if you do it right you can remain friends if you want, but its just as easy to cut it off completely.

heres an example of something i would say

(Name)...I have something I need to confess. This, it just isnt working out. You are a truly amazing person and I love being with you. But with all the time I have to put into work, and my team (I coach a HS basketball team and am a car salesman so i work 55+ hours a week) I cant give you the time and attention that I know you deserve. I feel guilty...it makes it hard for me to face you because everytime im with you I feel so undeserving of you and that combined with the guilt is too hard to live with. I know it hurts...and Im sorry.
