I think everyone is going by Mehows list (mehows-top-8-puas-of-2008-vt34704.html) as he seems to be the only one to have researched it. Although, the lack of Mystery has got some backs up but I suppose he can't win every year and the game is changing.

id go by mehow's list. my favorite is david wygant personally. by mystery sould be there wheather good or not because hes making the most money from it without a doubt

There is no best PUA. Best PUA lists/declarations are bullshit since there is no real way of gauging how good one is compared to another given their various methods.
