There's this girl that I k-closed at a pool party a few months back. I didn't really talk to her much after that but the other day on fb she randomly sent me a message saying that she was disappointed we never hung out again after that. Of the few times that I did talk to her after that party she told me she had a bf and was pretty happy with him. Now in this recent conversation I've had with her since she spoke to me on fb, I've noticed that she replies to my texts at random hours of the night like 1, 2am.

So I ended up sending her a text saying:

Me: U like texting me at random hours of the night huh? lol

Her reply was a simple: I do that a lot, yes...

Now what I'm thinking of responding back with is: I know of other things we can do at random hours of the night
My goal is to have her think of having sex with me and then busting her balls saying something like I wasn't talking about sex, I was thinking something like (and than saying something stupid like doing a jigsaw puzzle or something). The thing is, I'm not exactly sure where I stand with this girl so I'm not sure if I should just send that one text or if I should send 2 texts one after the other, the first one being the one I mentioned right above followed by the next one being one saying stupid stuff we could be doing at the middle of the night like a puzzle or something.

Or if you have something completely different that you think would work, I would like to hear that too.

I would have responded to her fb message with something like...

'I'm sure we could have put our heads together and come up with something, but you have a boyfriend now. Give me a shout when you're not 'tied down'.

This response does a few things.

#1, it poses a challenge to her.
#2, it shows you are not desperate or need her attention.
#3, you demonstrate your independence.

Her reply was a simple: I do that a lot, yes...

Look at these 2 messages. Which one comes across as playful and attention seeking, and which one sounds independent and in control? You're not going to get anywhere like that. YOU have to control the dynamic and interaction. You are not going to do that with a bunch of smiley faces and LOLs. I know it sounds trivial but it makes a difference. Your text messages should be brief, vague and to the point. Food for thought...

At this point, I wouldn't even respond to her. I would wait it out and let her initiate the interaction again. If she doesn't, who cares...she's got a boyfriend anyway. You are probably saving yourself wasted energy and/or drama.

If she does contact you again, try to control the dynamic. Throw the boyfriend thing in her face with comments like 'hey, don't text me to much, i don't want you to get in trouble'. Girls get so twisted with these types of comments because they're sooooo 'independent' *rolls eyes*. Don't be surprised if she responds with something like 'whatever, i can do what I want'. THAT is the Green Light to toy with her.
